Why Photoshop can't export for web error? macOS

Photoshop was working perfectly normal and now i can't save for web any image. It shows an unknown error but i don't know how to fix it.

Sorry to hear that you're not able to export for web via Photoshop, could you please let us know the version of Photoshop and the Operating System you're working with?

Could you try restoring the preferences of Photoshop and let us know if it helps?https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html

Note: Make sure that you back up all your custom presets, brushes & actions before restoring Photoshop's preferences. Migrate presets, actions, and settings

I'm using Photoshop CC 2019 and the Operating System is MacOs Catalina.
I will try to restore de Preference.
