Why PSErrorDefines.h was removed from Photoshop SDK?

I wonder why PSErrorDefines.h was removed from \pluginsdk\photoshopapi\photoshop folder since CC 2015?
For instance, errEventNotAvailableDefine error code is still could be happening. So why defines for that errors were removed?

Yes. It seems to have gone away. Use the one you found in 2015 SDK and I'll figure out why it has gone missing. We reorganized header files (always a fun task) and the SDK examples must never use that define so I didn't notice we are missing a bunch of error values.
