Why so many dialog boxes asking questions?

Adobe no has a dialog telling me I'm saving to the cloud.

This is an example of the runaround I'm having more and more every day.

There are questions if i want to apply image... why such a poor question... did I go to apply image dialog box ... there are far too many problems in the applications 

another example applying gradients out of libraries can be a nightmare

Obviously one can choose whether to save to cloud documents or locally, so what do you mean?

Please post meaningful screenshots if you cannot provide clear descriptions of the process that you have issues with.
