Window shortcuts stop working

I have several window shortcuts in my workspace. ie. Adjustments, styles, brushes, etc. I am running the most current version of the software... 20.0.5.

Problem: I will be working on a project and then all of a sudden these can no longer be accessed. When I click on the icon in my sidebars, nothing happens.

I have thrown out prefs, paths, reset my workspace, I have tried restarted the app, restarting my computer, etc.

Every time there is an app update I hope that this will be fixed. But as of this morning, it has not. After several restarts, the tool functions are restored.

I am running macOS 10.13.6 High Sierra on a Mac Pro with 64 GB of ram and 10 TB of vacant space scratch disks.

(FYI I can not update my OS as I am running a proprietor high end plug in for Photoshop for textile design. The company is based in Germany and they are still working on updating their product to work in Mojave.)

Is anyone else having this problem? Any fixes?

If other shortcuts work user ment Edit>Keyboard Shortcuts....  Make sure you have not been rest back to Adobe Photoshop Default shortcuts.  If you have loads your save keyboard shortcuts.

JJmack- thanks for your response. But it is not keyboard shortcuts I am referring to. Those work just fine.

These are the "shortcuts" I am referring to. Sorry, I may be calling them the wrong thing.

Did you save your workspace with those windows open If so reset you workspace. If you did not save your workspace with them open. Use menu Window>Window Name to open the missing windows. Then save your workspace over your existing  one.  Here I right click on all those little windows and close all but navigator. I then reset my workspace.
