Hi I have photoshop 7 just upgraded to windows 10 my photoshop will not install?

I could not discern whether the OP was referring to Photoshop 7 or Photoshop Elements 7. Still not sure!

What was the problem when you try to install PS7. I have never tried installing PS 7 on windows 10. CS2 was the oldest version I have installed. PS7 must like 18 years old I seem to remember that was the version I was using in 2002 when I retired. ACR was a costly download Plug-in and scripting an optional plug-in download. You should gets newer software Photoshop Elements will even be better than PS7. PSE 2020 cost 50 to 100 USD depending on the deal you get.

Some people have managed to run Photoshop 7 on Win 10. One catch is that your drives must have less than 1TB free space or Photoshop 7 will not see them.
