I would say the new AI remove tool would be your best bet.

AI or not, the basic problem remains: what to put there instead? The front wire covers up a substantial part of the bird. It's possible that the AI algorithms in the PS beta have been sufficiently trained on other bird photos that it can produce a good and credible result. That would be my bet.

If you have other images from slightly different angles it should be possible to reconstruct at least partially. What I'd probably do here is use one bird to clone/heal brush the other, with final adjustments to match.

Any "content-aware fill" here is guaranteed to give a weird-looking result.

The wires against blue sky are no problem.

I actually have a problem removing black wires with a blue sky in the background. After I use the removal tool, the result leaves blue (a different shade of blue) marks where the wire was removed. Not a happy result. If anyone can help, I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

It's difficult to judge without a screenshot.

Try the Spot Healing Brush Tool or possibly the Remove Tool if you can instal Photoshop Beta.
