Workspace set up advice

On my desk I have a 3 monitor setup. On the left one i have palettes / tool bar etc, the main centred one, is the photo / image. Regardless of having saved workspace setups, I experience differing positions of these items, upon opening Photoshop, every time.

I wondered if anyone had a similair setup and had found a workaround at all, to fix this?

(I'm on Ventura 13.2.1 and PS - 24.1.1)
