Workspaces keep resetting each time I go into InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator

I'm using the latest software on a iMac running iOS 13.1.

Everytime I launch any of the software all the workspaces are blank. I have to then select a generic workspace to make the tools appear. Getting a bit fed up with having to do this everyday.

Can anyone help solve this.

I did go onto Adobe help and they tried something but it didn't help.

cheers

That is different - your original post stated that each time you launch the app, which is normal.

You can try resetting your preferences and see if that resolves. Go to Photoshop Preferences/General and click the reset button. Relaunch PS and open a doc.

If that resolves, try resetting the other apps.

Also check your Apple System Preferences/Security and Privacy/Full Disk Access and make sure all three apps are in there and active.

    Hi @LivenCreative

That is normal behavior - you normally dont see tools until you create or open a document.

Why would you need the tools before you open a document?

Even with a document open the tool panels don't appear?

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
