Would this iMac work with Photoshop?

Hi there, 

As the title mentions, I was wondering if this iMac would work with Photoshop? I've been wanting to get into digital painting/art and would also like to get a new computer for school especially since my classes will be online based. If anyone can answer this for me, it would be greatly appreciated.
