Question

Wrong screen

WHY does every menu that pops up come on the wrong screen. I dont need menus to pop up on the TV downstairs just because it happens to be connected to my PC. The rest of Photoshop is correctly on my MAIN DISPLAY as set by the Windows settings. This is insane.

Dialogs come up where they were last closed out. That's all there is to it. It's Windows, not Photoshop.

Yes so when I move the dialogs, they pop up to where I moved them to last... Which is fine. But then Photoshop has an update, and the dialogues are right back to wrong screen again. Which is just ridiculous. If this is a persistant issue, there should be a way to set a prefered monitor in Photoshop preferences.

Or have it make damn sure its using the monitor I have set to main in Windows. Or at least pop the windows up in the same monitor Photoshop is running in. Anything else is insane.

Also I certainly have never run Photoshop from my TV before. So it has no reason to use that screeen. Is there really no way to ask customer service about this? They might be able to patch it in 10 minutes if they cared to listen.

Hi @Janusha

First try resetting your workspace from Window > Workspace > Reset [current] Workspace to see if that pops them back.
