to what path are xmp files saved

I know the end part [ appData\Roaming\Adobe\XMP\Metadata Templates ] but what is the lead part?

ie; c:\\windows\users\me\ ???? \appData\Roaming\Adobe\XMP\Metadata Templates

I have dthousands *.xmp files saved to \appData\Roaming\Adobe\XMP\Metadata Templates. But I want to store them in separate folders.

Hello, @jadueker there's XMP and XMP: in this case, the templates are the default metadata you can add to files; there are XMP files with develop settings for RAW files, or for use with the video apps.

Which ones are you looking for, from which application? What are you trying to do?
