Zooming in PS 2022 Shows blurry white stuff

Engaged ,
Dec 28, 2021 Dec 28, 2021

I can't zoom in further than 800% in anything. What causes the following?

800%

Clicking or marqueeing to 800%Clicking or marqueeing to 800%expand image

If I try to marquee tighter or click one more time, it jumps to 1200% and looks like this:

Why can't PS ever get updated without destroying the zoom tool? Why can't PS ever get updated without destroying the zoom tool?expand image

I don't care what causes this. I just want it to stop. Please, oh please, nobody say "well just don't zoom in that far" because if I could do it for the last 20 years, I should be able to do it now.

Hi!

We are sorry to see that you are having this issue. You mentioned that you are using PS2022, have you updated to 23.1? If you haven't, then I would recommend updating first and see if it fixes the issue.

If you are working on 23.1, have you tried zooming in other ways (like Command-+), and does it do the same thing? Are you using the Zoom tool, or the Keyboard shortcuts?

Let us know if updating fixes the issue or if you are still having problems,

Michelle

What System version are you on?

Does it happen whether your GPU is toggled on or off?

I personaly do not see the issue on both my Mac (Big Sur) or Win10 installs.
