Simple request... finally after all these many years... modernize and update the Image Processor script.
Support many more file formats. Support transparency if the file format allows for it. Support 32bit depth (EXR). Allow actions to run both before and after. Perhaps consider allowing multiple actions to run incrementally. Allow option to name the output folder. Include the option to save and use presets. Integrate the Image Processor in to PS formally instead of being an external 'Script'.
IMO this should have been done many years ago. Let's carry essential pipeline workflows forward and modernize and improve them as we go.
