Ability to Pin Files to PS Start Menu?

I have a file that I work on as an ongoing project and I would like to be able to pin it to the PS start page and there is no ability to so. Now I realize I can just open the folder to get to the project but I want to be able to pin the project to remind me to finish it (i.e. so I can't use excuse "out of sight, out of mind"). Extremely low end suggestion and figure it doesn't hurt to put it out there.

Microsoft applications have Recents and Pinned files and I have a couple of pinned files in Word and Excel that I need to get back to. I've just upvoted your idea.

Photoshop has recently opened files in the Home Screen or File menu.

Otherwise an action or script could be used with the Script Events Manager to automatically open the file whenever Photoshop starts, or when you open or save other files.
