Allow users to suppress popup help for tools

The popup help for tools and panel items are too helpful. They are annoying and get in the way. I'm constantly swatting them away but they always come back, like mosquitoes. Please provide an option to suppress them, they drive me crazy.

If you're referring to rich tool tips, they can be toggled on or off in settings.

Yes go to Edit>Preferences>Tools (Windows) or Photoshop 2025>Settings>Tools (Mac) and uncheck Show Rich Tooltips
