Color layer separator

I work with files that contain numerous layers. It is very difficult to navigate through the layers and groups because there is no clear distinction between them. Simply changing the color of a small portion of the layer is not sufficient. I propose a solution where the entire layer row will be highlighted with an individual color, rather than just at the beginning of the row.
