Horizontal scrollbar in Layers Panel

Hover still doesn't show the Smart Filters and FX adjustment buttons.

no i am not i am building a character sheet from blank and eks 1 stat frame was like 5 layers and like 200 layers on that 1 page

and i know i can merge layers but i like i can edit in all options i do so if i go back in like 1 year i can still edit 1 small thing so no not a joke on the page i work on now i am at 1190 layer

Yea i do because if i make My layer wider it Will make All the rest Window panels smallere i have moved a lot around to try see if i could set it up and after i talk to support and they look at my screen they told me to make this post since it will help a lot. the scroll options will only be seen when you have like 4 sub folders . and this i work on now has over 3000 layers so i use a lot of folders to organize it  and right now that is not an easy task. so instead i am splitting up my psd to more psds to handle it. i just hope they will add that Scroll wheel when there on support tells me to go here and make this post

hm... can't you just drag and make the panel wider?? you really think scrolling every time will be more handy?

One thing that has been fixed, is that when you hover, the tooltip gives you a meaningful name, before, it used to put hyphens after the middle, now it hides the middle so instead of seeing

layerlongnam....

you seee layerl...ame1 much more useful, imo.
