We should have the ability to create custom frames to make pictures fit in other shapes (e.g., a polygon). I proposed that this idea be integrated into the lasso tools, marquee tools, shapes tools, and even the pen tool via a button that will convert the shape or section into a usable picture frame. This feature should also be available under the frame tool section for added convenience. The frame tool seems lacking, and there should have more functionality. Adding this feature will expand the use of the frame tool functionality for newer releases of Photoshop. I hope this idea will be useful to fellow Photoshop users as well.
