labeling software for segmentation

I love masking tools in photoshop. They are powerful AI powered tools and understand what I want to select. So I had an idea about labeling software where using these tools. Specific for quickly labeling images on local and export them in various formats for image segmentation.
I mean, I could make black-white images from masks and make a python program that converts into proper formats, but it would be super inefficient.
