My PS editing makes extensive use of layers, layer masks and adjustment layers. I have used Lightroom Classic mostly for sorting, preliminary global adjustments and cropping. I have only recently started exploring the masking features in LR and finding myself wondering if the individually masked areas of my LR image could port over to PS as layers. More than once recently, I have used the masking tools in LR only to use selection tools to isolate the same area again in PS.
