make the app frame under windows optional, like on Macs

the app frame under windows is extremely getting in the way of my photoshop workflow. having used PS since the early 90s on macs, the last 10 years i was working more on PCs. not having the app frame as an optional item in photoshop is annoying.

please make the app frame optional under windows. feel free to turn the app frame on by default, so most windows users won't get confused.

    This is about the desktop version (windows).
    the application frame is the large grey background that hides all other apps behind it. on the mac version, this is optional: turning it off lets the user see the desktop/finder behind it, and each doc/image is in it's window

    Any chance you could send some screen captures of what you are referencing? Also, are you working with the desktop version of Photoshop? Or Photoshop on the web? If you are using the web version which broswer are you using.
