Modern top bar menus in Windows 11

When will Adobe redesing top bar menu in Photoshop and other application like Illustrator, InDesign etc?
Photoshop has still hideous menus since Windows 8.

You make the best graphic design software on the market and you make us use this ancient menus.

You have absolutely no problem to implement new menus on MacOS. They are nice, transparent and it's joy to use them. So why you don't make it for Windows 11?

Windows 11 design principles are ready to use for more over a year.

Just look at how awful it looks compared to MacOS. Thet don't even respect dark theme.
