Background:
In legacy versions of Photoshop, the Toolbar has used separators to group related tools. Since Photoshop CC 2017, those separators have been removed from the interface, with only the Edit Toolbar icon acting as a "separator" between the main tools and the Color, Quick Mask Mode, and Screen Mode icons.
Currently:
In Photoshop on the web (Beta), there is a single separator in the Toolbar between the Crop tool and Type tool icons. This separator appears to serve no purpose as the tools that come before and after the separator form no distinct group of related tools.
Proposal:
Move the separator in the Toolbar so it sits between the Eyedropper tool and the Color chips. The separator will then clearly act as a division between the two major parts of the Toolbar, and at the same time, add some consistency between Photoshop on the web (Beta) and its desktop counterpart.
