Much needed Remove Tool setting

Please, PLEASE... Let us decide if we want the Remove Tool to automatically fill in the selected area or not.

Forcing the feature is very counterproductive - imagine you need to remove a string/wire or whatever that is in a complete shape (circle/ square etc) - if you try to remove it with the new Remove tool, it will automatically fill in inside the shape and remove the content there too... how does this make sense?
