P: Custom Iris in Lens Blur (and related features)

It would be nice with the ability to load a custom image for the iris (aperture) in the Lens Blur filter. This would allow more realistic and artistic options for custom blur/bokeh shapes.Realistic bokeh is not a perfect clean shape.
