Photoshop and lightroom keybinds and UI

I understand that these are two different programs but i'm curious to why they dont use the same controls with zoom, move etc. And that the UI aren't very similar is also abit wierd tbh. These programs do go hand in hand in photo editing so it would make sense that they looked and operated abit more similarly.
By looks different i mean that Lightroom has a more fun/cartoonish vibe to it with sliders etc and Photoshop has a more stale/industrial feel to it which is prefered. 

You could also make it so holding down scroll wheel access the move key instead of space+mouse1. Affinify photo does this and its very user friendly.

Add the right-click brush option to "Selection brush".
