It would be great to have rulers and a visual grid system on the web app

      Hi all,

       

      I'm happy to announce that Guides, Grids, and Rulers (and snapping!) are now available in Photoshop Web!

      You can find them under the Zoom > Show menu in the top toolbar:

      I think web photoshop should have the ability to drag rulers into the project. Creating basic designs is quite difficult with no way to align elements in my project.

        Hi @Spencer25078718laa6, thanks for your request. We have heard this one before, so know that the team is aware of it and looking at ways to bring it to Ps on the web.

          The Photoshop web app would be even better if rulers and guides could be used!

            We've passed this request on to the development team for Photoshop on the web for prioritization but don't have any updates to share in terms of progress for this feature yet.

            What's the status on this? Rulers, Guides, and the Grid would significantly improve the web version.

            I could see using the online version to slice images and create quick assets for the web. For me, guides and rulers from the desktop app with the ability to open an image/ drag and drop from the new screen would make this app useful. Without guides or rulers, it will be hard for me to use the new online version to create pixel-perfect assets.
