    laughable this isnt already a tool, so basic and easy yet its not there. ADOBE get with it already! what is wrong with you leaving out this feautre but added all the UNHELPFUL junk, lame.

          it would be helpful to add different kinds of shapes so it would be easier to make things that need shapes

            This is what I've just spent an hour looking for.  It didn't occur to me that it wouldn't be a feature.  I'm really stuck on my project without it.

            It seems like this is more meant for photo editing as opposed to being able to create shapes for a layout. Please make a shape make as in the current Photoshop.
