Scrolling layers pannel

There must be a use of middle mouse button or the use of hand tool in layers pannel to scroll through layers pannel as it will help a lot while using a pen tab my pen tab do not have a scroll wheel so every time i wish to scroll through layers pannel i have to go to the scroll bar.

    Agreed, I use this all the time in Krita with my Wacom. Much faster and effecient to browse the layers as well instead of using the scrollwheel.

     

    Here is an example of how it works in Krita (and this is applicable to all panels with overflowing lists):
