Selection brush tool (no right click menu)

So I'm not exactly sure if this is a bug or not but there is no right click menu for the selection brush. Every other marking or size changing tool has a right click menu to easily change the tools size, shape, etc. I have to go up to the bar to do this and I'm wondering why its the only tool that makes you do this. 

..if this isn't a bug then its an idea to put it in as a feature.
