symmetry lasso selection [2021]

Right Now in symettry mode, any lasso tool selection you make is not reflected on the other side. This would be handy when making patterns that require lasso section and painting within them to reflect in the projected symmetries.

    Is this even in developpement or Adobe is taking all ressources developping AI tools we don't need ?

        Is that image showing you are using some Photoshop selection tool the has a symmetry option. If so I can not see your Photoshop UI in the image you posted  that shows the selection tool and tool options you are using? As far as I know none of Photoshop lasso tools has a symmetry option.  Photoshop's Tool option symmetry seems to be limited to Brush and Pencil Tools

          Yes I'm aware that photoshop symmetry is limited to brush and pencil mode, The request was to extend the functionality to Lasso selection options as well, or is it even possible? So that one can make a lasso selection and paint inside the selection to reflect on the either side or in any symmetry mode instantaneosly just like in brush symmetry. My workflow involves constantly using brush and lasso selection options in quick sucession and its a pain to keep duplicating and flipping lasso tool painted designs on to either side of the symmetry manually.
