ABR Brush Export on iPad Air

Hello. I've been using Adobe Photoshop for college assignments, but I've been having a problem exporting a custom brush I've made on Adobe Capture to Photoshop.

I read on here that we had to use Export As + ABR, but that feature is not optional/functioning (the only way I can export my brush is as an image).

Is there any way I can get some help with getting ABR to work? Thank you!
