I bought Adobe photoshop 10 on 12 January 2013. It stopped working after installing a new program, it turns off after using any tools. What do I have to do to change this?

    Or maybe you're using photoshop elements 10?

      CS3 version 10 of Photoshop activation servers have been retired.  You need to install from a new download.  If you need to reinstall CS3.

      Activation or connection error when starting CS3 or Acrobat 8

      Are you sure you purchased a valid CS3 in 2013?  CC 2014 was current then Adobe was not marketing CS3 then.  Perpetual CS6 may have still been marketed in 2013..  There are many  scams around.

      You will need a valid CS3 serial to download CS3.  CS3 was marketed in 2007.
