Are there limitations for selling Photoshop UXP outside of Adobe Platform?

Hi folks, do you have an idea about distributing UXP plugins for Photoshop, via my own site as paid content?

According to this note, you can distribute .ccx file outside of Adobe, but not mentioned if taking money with download is limited or not.

Are there any restrictions or guidelines from Adobe Official?

You may get a response from another plug in developer here, but not from an "Adobe official". This forum is answered by volunteer users, we do not work for Adobe.

I think what is allowed should be spelled out in the agreement you entered into with Adobe when you joined the Adobe.io project. 

From what I read it seems you can keep it private, Give it Away. and Market  your plug-in through submission to  Adobe Marketplace.

Give Away and market through Adobe.  I would think if your is paid Plug-in Adobe may want a part of the transaction.
