HEIC format

Folks...it's been YEARS. I can open this in MS Paint, but not PhotoShop.

Come on guys. Please.

Correct answer

Note that you have to install *both* codecs; the image codec is free but the video codec is (mysteriously), 99 cents.

Just tested and it's working fine for me, Photoshop version 22.1 on Windows 10 version 20H2

I didn't have Photoshop opened when I installed it
