How to fix the snapping issue

I can't use the spot healing brush. The image is like snapped and I can't use the spot healing brush out of the pink box. Which I've been trying to remove the box but I don't know how.

Your screenshot shows the Move tool Activated, 

Select the Spot heaing brush tool from the toolbox.

if this is not the case, please explain in more details.
