Issue with the AMD Radeon 5500M and Camera RAW and PS

For some reason Adobe seems to have throttled or dropped suport for the AMD Radeon on the MacBook Pro 16" laptop for Camera Raw and PS. I have used the Super Resolution feature for the Raw Converter and now suddenly it says the card is lacking Metal support. At the same time it works prefetly fine on Lightroom which should logically run the same Raw engine. I'm also having issues in PS with the GPU support where it draws a green screen in place of the image before the images is resized.

What is going on Adobe - it is not like getting a new 16" MacBook and a CS subscription is exactly for free? I'm expecting something in return for handing my money over to you!

So it turns out - that going into Users//yourusername/Library/Adobe/CameraRaw/GPU and removing a file called TempDisableGPU and now, after a restart of PS it works flawlessly and is recognised by PS and Camera Raw. That is just weird!
