after I outline my photo, save it as a jpg, and attach the jpg picture to email  - the jpg comes up inside a pictures screen with black around it.

is there a setting that I can change so that the jpg pic is all by itself.  (it used to be that way until I just purchased)  I have a desktop PC

What do you mean "outline my photo"?

    Hi carolb,

We're really sorry for all the trouble. Could you please let us know the exact version of Photoshop you are using now? Also, please share the screenshot of the image after attaching it to the email, so that we can guide you accordingly.

    Regards,

    Mohit

    Hi Mohit

I have photoshop CC  and windows 10

When you click on attached, you will see it is all embedded .

Previously,  I had just the jpg pic with white background

Does this help.      I think it is a setting – all this was new when it was downloaded last week

    Thank you,

    Carol Burke
