Keyboard shortcuts are missing!

Reinstalled few times but couldn't resolve the issue! Help!

Can you tell us what version of Photoshop, and what operating system you are using?

Which shortcuts are not working?

If these are tool shortcuts and you are using Photoshop CC, are the tools visible in the toolbar, or from the fly-outs?

If that is the case, click on the three dots at the bottom of the toolbar, and then on Edit Toolbar, and finally 'Restore Defaults'.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply, I’m using PS CC 2018 Mac.

The tool shortcuts are there, but all application menus and panel menus shortcuts are missing, nothing there literally. I just reinstalled again and still the same issue!
