Photoshop 20.0.0 - file requesters sometimes lose focus permanently

After updating my Photoshop to the 20.0.0 version, sometimes file requesters (save file/load file etc) lose focus - all open photoshop document windows are then displayed above them. Clicking the file requester (if part of it happens to be visible peeking out from behind a document window) does NOT bring it to the front.

This is particularly bothersome when saving a file, as you are not allowed to click or move the document window that is being saved.

This problem is new to this version of Photoshop. It happens intermittedly. The only workaround I've found sofar is pressing ESC to dismiss the requester in the background, close Photoshop and restart it.

Anybody the same experiences?
