Photoshop Crashes before fully loading.

Hi there,

I seem to suffer fairly regular crashes in Photoshop whilst I am working but from today it won't load at all. I do see the loading artwork with all the initialisation info but during this part of the loading process the program simply closes itself.

In Premiere Pro and After Effects I don't think I've ever had a problem.

Does anybody know what might be causing it?

Thanks 🙂

I am happy to update you on this topic and let you know that no Adobe products were causing the problem that I was experiencing. In fact, several other programs including Windows functions also caused failures and shut themselves down upon loading. Shortly thereafter my computer sizzled for a little while then eventually died. Here I am now on my new computer..... I'd better try and get some work in!

I have to also add a huge thanks to the Adobe Support Agents who did a lot to help me even though

Hi

Not sure of the cause but you could try resetting your Photoshop preferences

Hey there Ged, thanks for the advice. I will give it a try but I am now just noticing that all my installed programs don't work. I will let the community know of any outcome, thanks again.

Uninstall using the CC application, then try installing just one Adobe application and test.
