Resampling image help please!
The Art Assoc. this year is using Zapp instead of Juried Art Services.
They require min. 1400 pixels (mine is 1400 x 1400) but less than 5 mb.

No matter what I do, to get less than 5 mb = 1320 x 1320 OR if 1400x1400 = 5.61 mb.
I've tried changing in Photoshop, tried their Pixlr.com/editor
I've tried lowering resolution, lowering quality... but when I open the image after, is still 5.61 mb
No matter what I do, I can not get to their minimum 1400x1400 and less than 5 mb.
1400x1400 pixels always ends up 5.61 mg. And they actually want 1920 pixels at the longest side (so 1920x1920 ends up like 7.91 mb.
