macOS CatalinaでElement13

macOS CatalinaでElement13を使用したいのですが、

ディスクからDLしようとすると、

「このアプリケーションをこのバージョンのmacOSで動作させるには、デベロッパによるアプリケーションのアップデートが必要です。詳しくは、デベロッパにお問い合わせください。」

のアラートが出ます。

これはもう諦めるべきなのでしょうか。

Yes due to the major changes apple made to macOS Catalina 10.15, only the newest version of photoshop elements 2020 fully works with macOS Catalina.

So what i'm saying is forget photoshop elements 13 and upgrade to photoshop elements 2020.
