Download elements 12

I purchased Elements (digital no disks) two years ago.  Somehow corrupted recently as pull-down menus have empty white box only.  Since I have serial numbers etc, thought I'd just re-install.  All the Adobe website will allow is download of Elements 15 so my serial no. does not work.

I am running Windows 10 on my PC.  Your advice would be greatly appreciated.

Download Elements 12 from Download Photoshop Elements | 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10

Install then enter your serial number.

Thank you.  When I click the link it does not take me to a download link that I can find.

Possibly I am missing something. Your help is very appreciated.

It only allows me to download verison 15.  Will not accept my serial number.  I have checked my records for the serial number and the number Adobe has listed for my PS Elements 12....will check again.

Thanks for posting in Adobe forums.

I understand you are facing issue in downloading Photoshop Elements 12.

Can we follow the following steps:

Firstly,

Please click here to download Adobe Application Manager for Windows.

- After installation please double click its icon on your desktop screen to complete the installation.

Secondly,

Please click here to download Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 .

- Before downloading please make sure which version you are downloading . There should be 2 files (One Zip) and (One .exe) . You need to download both the files completely before installing the software . Please do not run until both the files complete the download.

- It will be downloaded as a trial version & the file has a pack of multiple languages that includes "English" but when during installation you will mention your adobe id, password & serial number then it will become full version .

- If you face more issue regarding installation & activation for Elements then please contact our Support Engineers via chat by clicking here.

Thanks to each of you for your help.  For some reason when I would click hyperlinks in the emails it was taking me to a page obviously different than what you were seeing. I was being directed to the FAQ page where there was no option to download. Clicking again on these again it took me to a different page where I could download PSE 12.

It is now downloaded and working.
