I purchased Elements (digital no disks) two years ago. Somehow corrupted recently as pull-down menus have empty white box only. Since I have serial numbers etc, thought I'd just re-install. All the Adobe website will allow is download of Elements 15 so my serial no. does not work.
I am running Windows 10 on my PC. Your advice would be greatly appreciated.

Can we follow the following steps:
Firstly,
Please click here to download Adobe Application Manager for Windows.
- After installation please double click its icon on your desktop screen to complete the installation.
Secondly,
Please click here to download Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 .
- Before downloading please make sure which version you are downloading . There should be 2 files (One Zip) and (One .exe) . You need to download both the files completely before installing the software . Please do not run until both the files complete the download.
- It will be downloaded as a trial version & the file has a pack of multiple languages that includes "English" but when during installation you will mention your adobe id, password & serial number then it will become full version .
