When viewing folders, I see both the RW2 and pdf files of the same photo side by side. Is there a way to ONLY see the pdf version of the photo while in Organizer?
Also, If I want to delete all the RW2 files in a folder leaving only the pdf's, or vise versa, is there a straightforward way to do so?
Thank you,

The only way I can think of is to use the Find>By Visual Search>Duplicates tool. I recommend that you do this folder by folder. This gives you suggestions for stacking with a one-click button to stack the visually similar duplicate photos. But as you will see from my screenshot below, sometimes it will pair the jpeg/raw photos and sometimes it will group multiple similar photos. (All jpeg/raw photos should be in the same stack.)

You could stack the photos so only the PDF appears in the grid:
It would be best to perform this operation in the Details view of the Media grid, so you can see the file names. (Use the Ctrl+D keyboard shortcut to toggle between the Details and Adaptive views of the grid.)

The easiest way would be to go to the folder in Windows Explorer and delete the raw files there. (View the folder by Details and check the column heading for Type. This will allow you to easily select all of the CR2 files.) Then, in the Organizer, go to the Find>All Missing Files menu. Once the missing files are found, select one and press Ctrl+A to select them all. Press Delete. You will be asked if you also want to delete the files from the hard drive. Since you will have already deleted them, you can simply click OK without checking the box.
And I have to ask why you would want to delete the raw files and only keep the PDFs. The ability to edit them further will be limited.

Thank you both for your answers.
My OneDrive 1 TB of storage is 3/4 full with photos and music. Many are family photos and not critical so I would free up room on my OneDrive and 1 TB SSD as well. I also do regular backups to external hard drives: Full backups of thecomputer HD as well as my Adobe catalog on to separate HD's.

RE: "stack the photos so only the jpg or only the RAW images appear in the grid"
Thank you. This works for individual pairs of files.
Is there a process to stack in bulk? I have folders with dozens of jpg's and RAW files; some are stacked but the majority are not. This would be an arduous task to do them in pairs.
And, when I view the files in the folder, the jpg and then the matching RAW image shows on the screen doubling the time it takes to view the images.

Duh!! I forgot that the Organizer can't display PDFs any more. So, yes, in my suggestions substitute PDF for PSD. Thanks for pointing that out, Michel.

I am confused......I am using Organizer 2020 v 18. I do not see PSD's, only PDF's and RAW extensions on my photos?

@Rammer47, I am also confused. How are you creating the PDFs of your raw photos? If my earlier answer has not answered your question, please show us a screenshot of the photos side by side in the Organizer.

Thank you to all, especially Michel. Solved many of my issues. OF COURSE, I should have typed jpg instead of PDF.

Other problems with this tool:
With respect to jpeg/raw pairs, you can select one or the other, followed by the duplicate. When you click the Stack button, the first selected photo will land on top (at least it did in my experiments). It's not clear whether you want all jpegs on top or all raw files. That is a personal choice and I can make arguments for doing it either way. And see the article linked above to show other options for changing or selecting the top photo.
This is not a totally automatic solution, but depending on your needs, it may speed up the process for you.

Very Helpful! The zoom feature, at the top right, allowed me to zoom in to details allowing me to distinguish between very similar images and match the correct pair to stack.
