PHE 15 slideshow will not start?

When a select photos for a slideshow then select the style nothing happens.

any suggestions?

Hi Len,

You can try the following on a test catalog first if you like or backup you live, troublesome catalog first (just to be on the safe side)

1. go to Folder list view (not tree view)

2. Look for the entry themes (last one in the above pic

3. Right click on it and it should bring up file explorer showing your catalog location

4. Right click on that entry again and select Delete folder

5. Close organiser

6. Open organizer again and try creating slideshow again - try at least twice.

Hi Len,

Forgot to mention that unwanted catalogs can be removed using Catalo manager.

Goto File -> Manage catalogs

Select a catalog and click on Remove button

Ok thanks. I did delete themes folder on cat and now all themes graphics show.

Just backing up main cat to do the same.

Hi Len,

Glad all is well now.

I do wonder how you got into that situation in the first place. Sorry it took so long to resolve but I was out of action for a few years and got a bit rusty. Your post was one of the first that I picked up and run with this time. I hopefully never give up on trying to find a solution.

I'm glad you kept at it I've got a lot of media to get done.

Don't believe everything you hear about Canadian weather. In southern Ontario we have four beautiful seasons. And we try to enjoy all of them.

When you uninstall there is box on the right asking if you want to remove preferences.

I Checked to remove.

Yes,renamed 15.0 folder to Old15.0 in programDate adobe elements organizer folder

Sorry I do assets folder on C under adobe\elements 15 organizer. No slideshow themes in there.
