Photoshop Elements 2025 on WIN PCs?

I've heard/read that Photoshop Elements 2025 does not work on WIN PCs. Is this true? I have the .exe file for 2021 but was unable to fully install it. I would love to have the 2025 version instead. 

Any/all suggestions/advice is appreciated!

Where on Earth did you hear/read this false information about Elements 2025?

If you need to install Elements 2021 on a Windows computer but are having problems, let us know more details, including any error messages you are getting.

As @Greg_S. says, not true at all.

I would love to have the 2025 version instead.

Keep in mind that Elements 2025 now only comes with a 3 year license. After that, you must pay to upgrade or Elements 2025 will stop working.
