Hi there,
I bought Adobe Photoshop & Premiere Elements 2021 in early 2021. Redeemed the serial and all that (was a digital copy), registered with my email adres with Adobe ID. Now 2 years later I boot up Creative cloud (because I never really needed it before) but don't see my products while they are installed. In both apps I also see that I'm logged in with my emailadres.
Found out that I can enter the serial code into Creative cloud. But after I redeemed the serial code, I just activated Photoshop and Premiere Elements and forgot about it.
Do I need to have this serial to register the apps anyway in order to let Creative cloud know that I purchased elements and make use of the beta functions? Because then it's problematic as I can't redeem the code again in order to view it because I've done that already.
Creative cloud wants me to purchase Photoshop and Premiere Elements. So I figured that I need to register the apps in there first. But it seems I can't do that anymore. Is there another way?
Kind regards

Well, just after submitting this post I actually found the serial keys. Turned out I actually backed them up. But now I enter a serial code in my Adobe account and it tells me the serial number is already in use. Is my copy still activated but just not showing up in there? What do I have to do in order to make the apps appear in my acccount so it stops bothering me to buy it again and let me use the beta functions?

BEFORE I BEGIN: Elements is not found in the Adobe Creative Cloud app- it's found in your regular adobe account.
Your regular adobe account does list Creative cloud stuff- but it's located under PLANS, not products. Photoshop Elements is listed under products-- that is where you need to be for this.
WHAT IS PROBABLY GOING ON WITH YOUR ACCOUNT: You installed the products on two different computers a while back but never logged out of the program. You log out and it deactivates the product on that computer. You can only have two active installations on two different computers and can only use the program on one computer at a time.
READ THIS THREAD: https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-elements-discussions/how-to-deactivate-photoshop-elements/t...
CLICK ON YOUR ICON PICTURE IN THE UPER RIGHT CORNER OF THIS PAGE FIRST. GO TO THE PRODUCTS TAB, NOT PLANS.
PSE is not listed with the CC products.
Below is what most users of the forum use and reference
Below is what you are probably talking about, which is not "creative cloud"--- all my photoshop elements purchases are listed here- all the way back to version 10. I can redownload any version from version 10 forward. Most importantly this is where you enter information you spoke about.

The beta functions which are so exciting at the moment are for Photoshop CC - but you don't have that. Not relevant, I think.

Hi Glenn,
@Test Screen Name is correct and his answer is indeed relevant.
Please read the post from @Mister30095371f7u3 where he says, "Do I need to have this serial to register the apps anyway in order to let Creative cloud know that I purchased elements and make use of the beta functions?"
This is the part TSN correctly answered.

Nope. He talked about tbe beta version of Photoshop, He also didn't address the OP's concern. Sometimes it is that simple.

Hi Glenn,
As we say in French: " Un train peut en cacher un autre".
(At a railway crossing, a train may hide another running in the other direction...)
The OP started two threads. I kudooed your detailed answer while seeing the point made later by @Test Screen Name.
When the OP has a number of misconceptions and does make the discussion harder by not following a single thread, it's not "simple as that". I wish @Mister30095371f7u3 comes back to comment both of your answers.

Hi there, OP here. I see there are some uncertainties of what I try to convey which I am entirely to blame for. My sincere apologies about that. Because like Glenn pointed out: I confused Adobe Creative Cloud with my regular Adobe account (and I entered my post in the wrong forum so it got moved by a moderator to boot). I have the dumb. 🙂
But to get to the issue at hand: What Glenn didn't got right is that I didn't install Elements on two different computers. I probably forgot to properly register both the applications after installing them on just one computer (the one I use now). So the deal here is that my products page is empty and I can't add my serial numbers because it thinks they are used already.
I understand that I need to deactivate my account first like is told in the thread Glenn pointed to. Is this correct?
I also understand that I can't make use of the beta features because those are listed in Adobe Creative Cloud which is different part of the system of what I try to do here. And I'd need a subscription for that. Did I understand this correctly? Because if yes, that would mean I bought Elements but also need a paid subscription next to that to kind of have duplicate programs (sure regular Photoshop has more features than Elements but it's still a lot of money for overlapping functionality). But I might be in error in my understanding of the subscription services of Adobe.
So I hope this -
1) Clearifies the situation;
2) Might help resolve this issue by answering my questions;
3) Will not make people angry. I'm but a human and I made some honest mistakes for which I apologize. 🙂
Kind regards.

There's a reason why I say "what is probably".
You don't deactivate your account, you deactivate the program on an account What you need to do:
Contact adobe support- they typically are quite helpful and fix things pretty quick for you.
It's a 3 day weekend in the U.S.- not sure where you are, so it may be as late as Tuesday before you call and speak to a human.
