Using PS Express on my iPhone 14
Thanks

I am sorry to hear that troubleshooting did not help to resolve your issue. I would recommend reinstalling the application and checking if you have any pending updates on your phone to be installed. Please reboot your phone after reinstalling. Please, let me know if this helps you in any way. Please do not worry about the answer being marked as correct I will try to remove that, and we are here to help you to resolve your issue.
Thank you,
Neelam
